Use of Services

Our tourism experiences are offered subject to availability and acceptance of these terms. When you submit a booking request, you are making an offer to book the selected experience at the stated price.

Booking and Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us
• Payment terms and schedules will be provided upon booking confirmation
• Pricing includes guide services and permits as specified for each experience

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made within 14 days of departure will receive credit toward a future experience
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule experiences due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings
• In the event of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

Participant Responsibilities

By booking an experience with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your fitness level and any medical conditions
• Follow all instructions provided by guides
• Respect wildlife, natural environments, and other participants
• Arrive prepared with recommended equipment and clothing
• Accept that outdoor activities carry inherent risks

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, crater-ocelot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our experiences.

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance before participating in any experience.

Safety and Risk Acknowledgment

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. While our guides are experienced professionals and we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute safety. Participants assume responsibility for their own safety and well-being.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of crater-ocelot and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during experiences for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
